If Frogs Had Wings

Okay, that's a bit of a sarcastic title, but I wanted to put a link up that brought the real scale of the Iraqi conflict home. I thought this was a nice, short blog entry that compares the conflicts in Iraq to a hypothetically similar conflict here in the U.S. A bit sobering, once the math is done.

Also, take a look at electoral-Vote.com, a great site which is currently gathering various national political polls and compiling them into easy to understand maps and graphs. Quite a service, and something I'm checking daily as the election approaches. And it seems rather non-partisan to me, but then I'm terribly biased already! Don't forget to register!
